Outdoor Buddies is an all-volunteer organization. All members of the Board of Directors and Officers are volunteers who receive no financial compensation for their service.

The Outdoor Buddies Board of Directors has overall authority and responsibility for management of the organization. Outdoor buddies is managed by its board of directors and elected officers.

Officers
The Outdoor Buddies Officers are entrusted with the responsibility and authority for managing the day-to-day activities of the organization. However, any actions taken by the officers are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
